The simple answer from me, Dreamscene is app that will enable videos to be set as desktop background wallpaper for your computer or laptop, instead of classic static images #-o CMIIW. With dreamscene you can enjoy the dynamic wallpaper and so on..
Vigam, dreamscene supports all major video formats (3GP, ASF, AVI, DAT, FLV, MKV, MPG, MPEG, MOV and WMV) and other video formats. But Vigam is not only to be as the ‘dreamscene’, it has some additional integrated features. With this additional features, you can get more experiences in your desktop customization.
